What we need for a 3D rendering

Floor plans, as a PDF, a CAD file or a sketch with measurements.
Elevations or exterior drawings, if you have them.
Finish selections: flooring, cabinets, counters, fixtures and paint.
Photos of the lot or the existing room, so the light and the view match real life.

You get still renderings of the key rooms and the exterior, a short fly through video, and every file sized for listings, brochures and social. First renders come back in about a week.

Is virtual staging allowed on the MLS?

Yes, when it is disclosed. Every staged room comes with a version marked Virtually staged and the empty original, so you can follow your MLS and brokerage rules.

How should the home be prepped?

Lights on, blinds open, counters clear and cars out of the driveway. That covers most of it. We take care of the rest on site.

Can you render a home that isn't built yet?

Yes, that is what the 3D service is for. Send the plans and finishes and you will see a first render in about a week.

Where do you shoot?

All five boroughs, Long Island (Nassau and Suffolk), the Hamptons, Westchester and northern New Jersey.
